Everyone we dealt with was so knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of our queries and they delivered the service well within the time scale of 6-8 weeks. It only took 2 and a half hours to replace 2 windows and they had a challenge as our old walls weren't level 😬The 10 guarantee gave us great peace of mind although I can't see us having to use it. We ordered acoustic windows as we live on a busy road and the difference is amazing. We hope to use PT Glazing again and I've also recommended them to our friends and family. As you can see from the photos the windows are fantastic. Eddie and the team took our very rotten sash windows and replaced them with much needed double glazed units which are very good quality (they don't feel or look cheap and plasticy). More importantly, they managed to keep the stained glass units which were restored and now honestly look brand new. From start to finish everyone we dealt with (sales/installers etc) were professional and friendly and at no time did we ever feel pressured to buy. There are a lot of companies out there but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PT to you.
