As you can see from the photos the windows are fantastic. Eddie and the team took our very rotten sash windows and replaced them with much needed double glazed units which are very good quality (they don't feel or look cheap and plasticy). More importantly, they managed to keep the stained glass units which were restored and now honestly look brand new. From start to finish everyone we dealt with (sales/installers etc) were professional and friendly and at no time did we ever feel pressured to buy.
