We didn't end up going with PT Glazing to supply & install our new windows. However, I feel compelled to leave a review as they were a standout company to deal with when searching for a window installer in the Glasgow area. Daryl was knowledgeable, punctual and no question was too much for him and the team. The team are clearly professionals with a deep understanding of their products and work hard to understand the needs of their customers. Notably, we had paid our deposit before deciding to go with a different supplier, and they honoured the grace period with no qualms. I have no doubt PT Glazing would have been equally excellent in their installation if we had gone forward with them on the job. I wish them every success going forward.

I recently had all the windows in my 1871 stone property replaced by PT Glazing, including large arched windows, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, they were outstanding - excellent communication, incredible attention to detail, and a real commitment to quality workmanship.

Eddie and Peter were always on hand, easy to reach, and consistently responsive to my calls and messages. They took the time to explain everything patiently, making sure I fully understood the process. The entire team was punctual, tidy, courteous, and highly professional throughout.

Not only was the service exceptional, but their pricing was also competitive, which made the decision even easier. Given that my home is in a conservation area, I expected challenges, but they handled everything seamlessly. Having had our main windows replaced by PT Glazing, we decided to replace the windows in our entrance vestibule.
The new windows are identical to our 1904 draughty windows but are draught free and look amazing.

I can’t praise PT Glazing highly enough. From the first visit and measure up through to fitting and aftercare. The fitters laid protective mats all over the places they were working and were courteous throughout the whole time they were here. They absolutely worked their socks off and I trusted the company completely throughout the whole process. Only sorry I don’t have before photos to add as this was a huge transformation.

First rate service. Andrew and his team were courteous, motivated, and when left unattended did a great job. The attention to detail was extremely impressive. The inside fittings and finishes are perfect.

We went with PT Glazing because of all the positive reviews and we're so glad we did. It was a great service from start to finish and we're so pleased with our new windows. Everyone we dealt with was so knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of our queries and they delivered the service well within the time scale of 6-8 weeks. It only took 2 and a half hours to replace 2 windows and they had a challenge as our old walls weren't level 😬The 10 guarantee gave us great peace of mind although I can't see us having to use it. We ordered acoustic windows as we live on a busy road and the difference is amazing. We hope to use PT Glazing again and I've also recommended them to our friends and family. Just had two french windows and front and rear aluminium doors fitted in Jedburgh. Absolutely delighted with them, they have made an enormous difference to the insulation of the house already and look beautiful! As you can see from the photos the windows are fantastic. Eddie and the team took our very rotten sash windows and replaced them with much needed double glazed units which are very good quality (they don't feel or look cheap and plasticy). More importantly, they managed to keep the stained glass units which were restored and now honestly look brand new. From start to finish everyone we dealt with (sales/installers etc) were professional and friendly and at no time did we ever feel pressured to buy. There are a lot of companies out there but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PT to you.

Brilliant work - the guys worked hard and fitted 6 windows and 2 sets of French Doors in 4 days. They were all friendly and efficient, and kept the house tidy each day, taking away the old and clearing up their working site. Everything looks great, the windows are so much better so hoping for a draft free winter in the house !
