My only suggestions for improvement are that I would have liked to have had the full technical specifications of the windows more immediately on hand (U values, manufacturers, etc., they got them for me but it took a few days), and I'd have liked to have known more clearly when they'd be fitted, though in January that's weather dependent, so fair enough.
