A lovely sandstone residence located in Kilbirnie sought a complete replacement of its windows and doors.

The customer desired a modern aesthetic to replace their outdated white UPVC Windows. Upon recommendation, we proposed our Flush Sash range, known for its contemporary and sleek appearance.

PT Glazing supplied and installed a total of 14 products, ranging from our bespoke double-glazed Flush Sash Windows to the Flush French Doors, fulfilling the customer’s vision for a modern upgrade.

Flush Sash Windows

UPVC Flush Sash Windows with double glazing have been installed throughout the property, encompassing the Lounge, Kitchen, and Bathroom areas.

Featuring a Spectral Anthracite Grey exterior and a White interior, these windows are equipped with Satin Chrome Handles. Each window achieves a 1.3 u value and is built with a x3 chambered system for enhanced energy efficiency. Additionally, they come with domestic reinforcement for added rigidity and strength.

Entrance Door

A contemporary Hurst uPVC Entrance Door, featuring a sleek design, has been installed in a stylish two-tone Spectral Grey/White colour combination. It is adorned with a Satin Chrome Letter Box and coordinating letter plate.

The door is equipped with a multi-point locking system and 3-star British Standard locks for enhanced security.

French Doors

Two sets of traditional French Doors have been installed in a dual-colour scheme, featuring Satin Chrome handles. One set is positioned centrally between two sizable Flush Sash Windows, accompanied by a custom Arched Window placed above, all in matching tones.

These French Doors are equipped with Ultion 3-star British Standard locks, providing a £2000 insurance-backed guarantee against intruders.
