I recently had all the windows in my 1871 stone property replaced by PT Glazing, including large arched windows, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, they were outstanding - excellent communication, incredible attention to detail, and a real commitment to quality workmanship.

Eddie and Peter were always on hand, easy to reach, and consistently responsive to my calls and messages. They took the time to explain everything patiently, making sure I fully understood the process. The entire team was punctual, tidy, courteous, and highly professional throughout.

Not only was the service exceptional, but their pricing was also competitive, which made the decision even easier. Given that my home is in a conservation area, I expected challenges, but they handled everything seamlessly. I honestly can't imagine getting better service from any other double glazing company, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
