Our Solution

To meet the client’s needs, we proposed our aluminium 400 system, a cutting-edge window and door solution designed with a flush, sleek appearance. The 400 system offers:
• Flush Sash Design: The sash is flush with the outer frame, creating a seamless, modern look with more glass and less frame. This feature enhances the property’s visual appeal by allowing more natural light to enter the space and providing better panoramic views.
• Triple Glazing: To ensure maximum energy efficiency, we installed triple-glazed units that offer very low U-values, helping to keep the property warm and reduce energy consumption.
• Versatile System: The 400 system is available in a range of configurations, including French doors, casement windows, tilt and turn windows, and entrance doors, making it a perfect fit for all areas of the property.

The customer selected a textured KL14ST Grey finish for all windows and doors, paired with black hardware, to create a stylish and contemporary look that perfectly complements the villa’s architecture.

Installation and Transformation

The installation process took 5 days to complete. Our team replaced all the old timber windows and doors with the sleek 400 system, transforming the villa both visually and in terms of performance.
