PT Glazing were recommended to me personally by a colleague for the installation of replacement windows as providing excellent service and they did not disappoint! Everyone I encountered at the various stages of the process was friendly, approachable and professional and the installation was carried out efficiently and with clear attention to detail. I was particularly impressed with the efforts made to leave my property in as clean and tidy condition as possible once the work was completed and also to minimise disruption whilst the works were ongoing. I would not hesitate to recommend PT Glazing to friends and family and would certainly use them again the future.

I had the guys at PT Glazing replace my damaged bathroom window. They were were friendly throughout the process and we couldn't be happier with the results. Tom had done some work for my mum and cousin so when our windows were needing replaced we him in for a quote. He went through everything in terms I could understand and listened when to what I wanted. Tom and the fitter Andy made some really good suggestions about how to improve the functionality of our front and backdoor and with the price also being very competitive and online with one of the other quotes we had received we decided to go with FWD. We are very glad we did. It’s been a really easy experience from first contact with Tom right through to the final result. Any questions have been quickly answered and the only minor hiccup of the wrong coloured front door handle was rectified less than 24 hours later. We would absolutely recommend Tom and if we ever move we wouldn’t hesitate to have FWD back to do more work for us.

We didn't end up going with PT Glazing to supply & install our new windows. However, I feel compelled to leave a review as they were a standout company to deal with when searching for a window installer in the Glasgow area. Daryl was knowledgeable, punctual and no question was too much for him and the team. The team are clearly professionals with a deep understanding of their products and work hard to understand the needs of their customers. Notably, we had paid our deposit before deciding to go with a different supplier, and they honoured the grace period with no qualms. I have no doubt PT Glazing would have been equally excellent in their installation if we had gone forward with them on the job. I wish them every success going forward.

I recently had all the windows in my 1871 stone property replaced by PT Glazing, including large arched windows, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Having had our main windows replaced by PT Glazing, we decided to replace the windows in our entrance vestibule.
The new windows are identical to our 1904 draughty windows but are draught free and look amazing.

I can’t praise PT Glazing highly enough. From the first visit and measure up through to fitting and aftercare. The fitters laid protective mats all over the places they were working and were courteous throughout the whole time they were here. They absolutely worked their socks off and I trusted the company completely throughout the whole process. Only sorry I don’t have before photos to add as this was a huge transformation.

We went with PT Glazing because of all the positive reviews and we're so glad we did. It was a great service from start to finish and we're so pleased with our new windows. Everyone we dealt with was so knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of our queries and they delivered the service well within the time scale of 6-8 weeks. It only took 2 and a half hours to replace 2 windows and they had a challenge as our old walls weren't level 😬The 10 guarantee gave us great peace of mind although I can't see us having to use it.
