Eddie Aslan was very patient and clearly explained the product, specifications, certification, warranty and Insurance Backed Guarantee, while keeping me updated throughout the process. Billy Orr and the installation team were professional and well organised. Richie and his colleague completed the work efficiently and left the area clean and tidy. After being caught out with cowboy tradesmen? many years ago we are extra extra wary of who we give our business to. We check reviews etc etc and after looking at the so called established window companies reviews for hours on end, one company stood out by a proverbial mile. That company are PT glazing,its very rare and refreshing nowadays that the owners mindset is the customer comes first. From first contact with salesman Daryl it was an absolute pleasure,no hard sell whatsoever. Daryl asked us what we wanted and gave advice and options when required. We had a rep in our house (days before Daryl arrived) from one of the big companies who had to be chased from our house such was the pressure and stress he was putting us under to buy. Contrast to PT glazing and the easiest sale ever and a pleasure. The difference in prices quoted was also an eye opener as PT glazing were more than half the cost of windows from the established company.The 8 windows were installed last week by fitters who are a credit to PT glazing and 2 absolute gentlemen.All work done by them was to the very highest standards, and these Veka windows are top quality and are better quality than bigger companies are offering at double the price. The double glazed windows are all A+ rated, the triple glazed are all A++ and glass units are all argon gas filled to retain warmth.The windows have transformed our house making it warmer and surprisingly the exterior noise from cars etc is now almost non existent.We highly recommend PT glazing to anyone and special thanks to (owner) Peter and Eddie who made sure we were satisfied with all aspects of install.Meeting Peter in person was a pleasure as his passion for the product/customer service/company was impressive and as previously stated is such a rarity nowadays. Really pleased with the aluminium windows and doors supplied and installed by PT. Quality is excellent, and the installation team were hardworking and professional throughout. Everything was completed to a high standard and the finished result looks great. Would definitely recommend.

Very happy indeed with the quality of the products this firm fitted, and with the way they were installed. They came as arranged, put a temporary floor covering down so that our flooring wasn't damaged by the men's boots, and were friendly and pleasant. There now isn't a bar at eye level as you look out of the new windows. This means the view is better and the rooms are now lighter. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

PT Glazing were recommended to me personally by a colleague for the installation of replacement windows as providing excellent service and they did not disappoint! Everyone I encountered at the various stages of the process was friendly, approachable and professional and the installation was carried out efficiently and with clear attention to detail. I had the guys at PT Glazing replace my damaged bathroom window. They were were friendly throughout the process and we couldn't be happier with the results. As an added bonus, the installers took so much care that they wasn't a need for me to decorate the window sill or frame. An easy 5 stars for me.

From their communications, through the quoting and survey process, onto design and recommendations and topped of by their outstanding fitters, they were brilliant at every level. They worked late to complete the install in 1 day and left the flat cleaner than it was when they arrived.

Tom had done some work for my mum and cousin so when our windows were needing replaced we him in for a quote. He went through everything in terms I could understand and listened when to what I wanted. Tom and the fitter Andy made some really good suggestions about how to improve the functionality of our front and backdoor and with the price also being very competitive and online with one of the other quotes we had received we decided to go with FWD. We are very glad we did. It’s been a really easy experience from first contact with Tom right through to the final result. Any questions have been quickly answered and the only minor hiccup of the wrong coloured front door handle was rectified less than 24 hours later. We would absolutely recommend Tom and if we ever move we wouldn’t hesitate to have FWD back to do more work for us. Thank you! Kirstie and James

We didn't end up going with PT Glazing to supply & install our new windows. However, I feel compelled to leave a review as they were a standout company to deal with when searching for a window installer in the Glasgow area. Daryl was knowledgeable, punctual and no question was too much for him and the team. The team are clearly professionals with a deep understanding of their products and work hard to understand the needs of their customers. Notably, we had paid our deposit before deciding to go with a different supplier, and they honoured the grace period with no qualms. I have no doubt PT Glazing would have been equally excellent in their installation if we had gone forward with them on the job. I wish them every success going forward.
