When the guys opened up our old windows they found they'd been fitted with no casement frame. They took the best part of an extra day to build that, sticking to the original quote (but we slipped them an apprciation anyway - they could have not told us and put the windows in badly like before). My only suggestions for improvement are that I would have liked to have had the full technical specifications of the windows more immediately on hand (U values, manufacturers, etc., they got them for me but it took a few days), and I'd have liked to have known more clearly when they'd be fitted, though in January that's weather dependent, so fair enough. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend PT Glazing. Your money goes to a local firm and so stays in the local economy. The fitters were lovely guys who worked like a whirlwind and were helpful in every way.
